Manoochehr Azizi

President & CEO

M. Arch, AIBC Architect, MRAIC, CPHD

Manoochehr has practiced architecture since 1996, advancing to senior designer and project manager roles. In 2018, he established Azizi Architect Inc.
Manoochehr has been actively involved in the administration of architecture by being a FIDIC member, chair of FIDIC’s Young Leaders committee, a member of the AIBC architecture committee, and a member of the North Vancouver Heritage advisory panel, among others. He has been volunteering as a mentor and instructor to younger architects and newcomers to Canada. Manoochehr has a Master’s degree in architecture and is a Passive House Certified Designer.

Bahram Azizi
Project Manager and Senior Architectural Designer.
MRAIC, M.Arch., Ph.D

Bahram has worked both individually and in collaboration with other architectural firms as a designer and project manager since 2008. Upon receiving his Master’s degree in Architecture in 2011, he pursued doctoral research on “Guidelines for the Architectural Design Process,” proposing a four-part model that clarifies design methods and collaboration. He successfully completed the Zero Carbon Building program at UBC in February 2024. As a designer, he has worked on an array of projects including multi-family residential, office buildings, retail, museums, and hotels. As a project manager, he has worked on office and multi-family residential buildings. He is proficient in parametric workflows and real-time visualization.

Najva Nazarpour

BIM Coordinator, Architectural Designer
M. Arch.

Najva specializes in BIM and has worked on multi-family residential, industrial, and retail projects as a designer and project coordinator. She leads model setup and standards, federates consultant models, and manages clash detection and drawing coordination from concept to construction. She earned a Master of Architecture in 2011 summa cum laude.

Noushin Ashtiani

Architectural Designer

 

Noushin is an Intern Architect and Principal Designer with over 20 years of experience working independently and in collaboration with architectural firms. She holds a Master of Architecture degree and has worked across residential, multi-family, mixed-use, and land development projects, from early rezoning and concept design through construction documentation and administration. Noushin believes strong architecture grows from context, clarity, and collaboration—balancing design quality, constructability, and long-term value to create thoughtful, enduring spaces.

We put public interests, environmental sustainability and client satisfaction first and foremost in every step of design and construction.
In doing so, we strive to utilize the latest technology available in the field and occasionally outside of it.
